At Paisafill, we accept a variety of payments that include VISA and Master Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking. We process these payments through our established payment gateway partner paybiz. The information filled by the User is done so on the concerned bank’s website and shall not be recorded with Paisafill.
By registering on Paisafill, you implicitly agree that the information provided by you at that time will be accurate, up to date, true and complete. The User, on any suspicion that information might not be secure, shall be responsible for getting in touch with Paisafill for intimating them about their concern.We collect information regarding email addresses, mobile number, primary password and the User Name. With the help of email address, we primarily identify the account and keep a record of the transactions done by that particular user. The mobile number will be used to inform the User about transaction history, offers and promotional campaigns of Paisafill from time to time.The password set by the User must be strong to protect his account. Paisafill recommends a combination of upper case, lower case, numerical digits and special characters to set their passwords. Please make note that Paisafill never asks for the User’s password, unless there is a specific request to change the password.
Paisafill has tied up with a third party vendor for providing the recharge. We are not responsible for any delay, pricing and cancellation of recharge from the mobile operator/DTH operator end. The user is responsible for selection of the mobile operator as well as the recharge amount.
We are responsible to connect you the operator of your choice, with the click of a button. We take all measures to ensure you have a smooth, hassle free experience on Paisafill website. However, at times non-performance of service, which is the failure at the operator’s end has a limited liability charge on Paisafill only.
Unless otherwise stated, the prices on Paisafill are in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of VAT and including additional charges, if any.
Offers & Promotions
We engage the User in offers and promotional campaigns from time to time. The offers are primarily in the form of coupons which need to be redeemed at the time of transaction. At times, we also partner with third party retailers for issuing coupons. At such times, any loss, damage and injuries incurred by the end user are not the responsibility of Paisafill.
All disputes that are related to and/or result from these conditions will be within the jurisdiction of Gurgaon Court.

The User is strictly prohibited from sharing his account with any other individual. Upon the event of death of user, after proper intimation will result in the termination of the account. Any income, if any will be transferred to the nominee of the registered member.

• Invalid recharge denomination
• Technical issues from the operator end
• Operator not reachable or registered with Paisafill
• Other issues

While writing, we request you to include the following in the email – the mobile/DTH account number, operator name, recharge value, transaction date and order number. This will help us escalate the matter and provide speedy redressal measures to you.
In general, a refund will be issued instantaneously. However in some cases, the refund may take 2 working days and you will receive a refund confirmation mail within that period. Please note in refund cases, the concerned bank may sometimes take 4-7 working days to post a credit to your account.
